Can I check the order status or the track shipping?

You can check your order status or the track shipping in the menue point “Orders”. As soon as your article is shipped the order status will be updated and you can see your tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Usually the period of delivery will take 5-6 business days. Rarely it will take 6-10 days in times of special arise.

Are the foils weather resistant?

Yes they are. This foil is normally used for car foiling and is also resistant against bleaching through the sun.

If I want to upload my own image, which requirements are there?

The image must have an resolution of at least 3264 x 2448 pixel for an satisfying result

How do I fix the foils for a satisfying result?

Enclosed in your delivery you will find a gluing instruction which should help you to fix the foils perfectly. You can also find a small How To Video on the Youtube-Channel of Husqvarna.

I need a higher quantity of sticker sets. Can I use an offline-template?

At the moment there is no offline-template available. Do not hesitate to contact us with your desires and wants and we will find your amount and design of you sticker sets.

The resolution of my image is too low. What now?

If you want to upload your own image, the onlineshop is checking this image in relation to size, resolution and file type before upload. If the image is not fulfilling the minimum requirements it will be not possible to upload it.

You have a warranty for material and workmen flaws. If you want to send back the sticker set please use the return label which you can find (here)
