Right of Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel this contract within fourteen days, without having to give reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days of the date on which the last goods were in or came into your possession or that of your assignee who is not a carrier. To exercise your right of cancellation, you have to notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by giving us, M.J. Raak GmbH, Berner Straße 38, 60437 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, phone: +49 69 / 5 000 000, fax: +49 69 / 5 000 00 112, e-mail: info@raak.de, a clear statement to this extent (e.g., by a letter sent by post, by telefax or by e-mail). For this purpose, you can use the attached cancellation form template, which is not required, however. To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation notice before the expiration date of the cancellation period.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel a contract, we have to refund you immediately, but not later than within fourteen days of the date on which we receive your cancellation notice, all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs caused by your having selected a shipping method other than the most advantageous standard shipping we have offered to you). Unless otherwise expressly agreed with you, for such refund we use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction. In no case will you be charged any refund fees. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided us with evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier. You have to return or hand over the goods immediately, but in no case later than within fourteen days of your cancellation notice, to M.J. Raak GmbH, Berner Straße 38, 60437 Frankfurt am Main. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of fourteen days. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You have to pay for any loss of value to the goods only if such loss of value has been caused by handling them in excess of what is necessary to check their quality, properties and functionality.

The right of cancellation cannot be exercised in the following cases:
Contracts for delivery of non-prefabricated goods that are manufactured based on the consumer’s individual selection or decision or are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
